Hereinafter referred to as “Hoofgold”.
2. Promotion Name
The promotion is called:
Hoofgold Hufbalsam Product Test
As part of this promotion, Hoofgold is looking for 50 suitable product testers for the Hoofgold Hufbalsam Spezial 250 ml.
3. Participation Period
The application period begins on:
(10.07.2026) 00:00
and ends on:
(25.07.2026) 00:00
Applications received after the end of the participation period may no longer be considered.
4. Eligibility
Natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old and own or care for a horse whose hooves are currently brittle, fragile, dry, cracked, or otherwise under strain are eligible to participate.
Participation is free of charge and is not tied to the purchase of a product.
Employees of Hoofgold and persons directly involved in carrying out the promotion may be excluded from participation.
5. Purpose of the Product Tester Promotion
The aim of the promotion is to select 50 suitable horse owners who will test the Hoofgold Hufbalsam Special 250 ml over a period of 4 weeks and then provide honest feedback.
The promotion is specifically intended for horses with brittle, fragile, or dry hooves.
6. How to Apply
To apply as a product tester, participants must complete the application form in full and upload a current hoof photo of the affected horse.
The application requires, among other things, the following information:
- Name
- Email address
- Country
- Information about the current hoof condition
- Current hoof photo
- Consent to the terms and conditions of participation
- Consent to the review of the uploaded hoof photo
Only fully completed applications can be considered.
7. Selection of Product Testers
Hoofgold reviews the applications received and selects 50 suitable product testers.
Selection is based on the information provided in the application form and the submitted hoof photo. There is no entitlement to be selected as a product tester.
Hoofgold reserves the right to exclude applications if:
- the information is incomplete or obviously incorrect,
- no suitable hoof photo has been uploaded,
- the application does not match the target group of the campaign,
- there is a suspicion of manipulation or multiple participation,
- these participation terms are violated.
8. Benefit for Selected Product Testers
Selected product testers receive free of charge:
1× Hoofgold Hufbalsam Special 250 ml
Shipping will be made to the delivery address subsequently provided by the selected product testers.
Cash payment, exchange or transfer to other persons is excluded.
9. Obligations of Selected Product Testers
If a participant is selected as a product tester, they agree:
- to use the Hoofgold Hufbalsam Special regularly for 4 weeks,
- to submit a current hoof photo before or with the application,
- to submit another hoof photo after 4 weeks,
- to provide honest feedback on the application and experience with the product.
Feedback should be honest and voluntary. Hoofgold does not require a positive review.
10. Hoof Photos and Image Use
The hoof photo uploaded in the application form will be used by Hoofgold to review the application.
The submitted hoof photos will be used for marketing purposes, for example on the website, on social media, in emails or in advertisements, only if the participant has given separate consent for this purpose.
Consent to marketing use is voluntary and does not automatically affect eligibility to participate.
If consent to marketing use is given, Hoofgold may use the submitted hoof images in anonymized form. This means that no names or personal information will be published publicly together with the image unless expressly agreed otherwise.
11. Newsletters and Marketing Emails
Participation in the product test is not conditional on subscribing to the Hoofgold newsletter.
Participants will receive newsletters or promotional emails only if they have given separate consent for this purpose.
Consent to receive the newsletter may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in the respective email.
12. Data Protection
Hoofgold processes the personal data provided as part of the application exclusively to conduct the product tester campaign, review the application, contact selected product testers, and process shipping.
The data processed may include, in particular, name, e-mail address, information about the hoof condition, uploaded hoof photos, and, for selected testers, the shipping address.

13. Exclusion of Participants
Hoofgold reserves the right to exclude participants from the campaign if they violate these terms and conditions of participation, provide false information, manipulate the campaign, or attempt to gain advantages through impermissible means.
In such cases, Hoofgold may also subsequently revoke the selection as a product tester.
14. Modification or Early Termination of the Campaign
Hoofgold reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign early if important reasons arise that impair the proper execution of the campaign.
This applies in particular in the event of technical problems, attempted manipulation, platform outages, or other circumstances beyond Hoofgold's control.
15. No affiliation with Facebook or Instagram
This campaign is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook or Instagram.
The sole contact and responsible party for the campaign is Hoofgold.
16. Liability
Hoofgold shall only be liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, Hoofgold shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, and liability shall be limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
The product must be used in accordance with the product information and usage instructions provided by Hoofgold.
17. Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
