HOOFGOLD Hoof Oil is a high-quality care product for horse hooves and is particularly suitable for caring for dry, brittle, cracked and fissured hooves. The hoof oil supports daily hoof care, nourishes the hoof horn with selected ingredients and helps keep dry, brittle and stressed horn supple.
Due to its low viscosity, HOOFGOLD Hoof Oil is readily absorbed by the hoof horn and supports daily care where dry hooves need it most. It helps care for the hoof's natural protective layer and can be a valuable addition to daily hoof care, particularly for dry hooves, brittle horn, crumbly hoof horn and changing ground conditions.

For many years, hoof expert Olaf Optenplatz has used hoof oil as part of his daily hoof care routine. Based on his practical experience, regular use supports the care of dry and brittle hoof horn and helps keep the hoof well-groomed and resilient.
The selected care ingredients from plant oils, pine oil, calendula, St. John's wort oil, bay laurel extract, salmon oil and eucalyptus oil were selected for the daily care of the hoof and frog. HOOFGOLD Hoof Oil is particularly suitable for horses whose hooves are visibly stressed by dryness, wetness, mud, stable conditions or daily strain.
D-Siegel / Anti-Doping Tested
HOOFGOLD Hoof Oil bears the recognized D-Siegel. This means that the product has been tested for doping-relevant ingredients and is ADMR-compliant. HOOFGOLD Hoof Oil is therefore also suitable for horses competing in equestrian sports.

Before applying HOOFGOLD hoof oil, we recommend thorough cleaning with the HOOFGOLD HCE hoof cleaner. HCE cleans the hoof, sole, and frog, supports hoof hygiene, and optimally prepares the hoof for subsequent care with hoof oil. This allows the care ingredients to be applied more effectively to the cleaned hoof.
