Payment options

Dear customer,

In principle, the following payment methods are available for paying for your order:

Payment in advance

After receiving the order confirmation and the invoice number contained in it, you can pay for your order in advance. As soon as the purchase price has been credited to our account, the goods will be shipped to you.

Payment via Giropay

Giropay is an online payment method offered by some banks in the German banking sector. It is based on online banking transfers and has been specially optimized for the requirements of online retail. During payment, you will be securely and directly redirected from the online shop to your bank's or savings bank's online banking service. Log in there as usual using your access details. After successfully logging in, a transfer containing all the purchase details will be displayed automatically. To complete the transfer, you only need to enter a TAN. For your security, you will immediately receive confirmation of the successful payment. At the same time, the retailer receives a payment guarantee from your bank or savings bank. This means you receive your goods even faster.

Klarna Sofort bank transfer

The Klarna Sofort payment option is a direct bank transfer method. In the checkout area, please select the payment option “Pay instantly with Klarna” and then select “Sofort bank transfer”. You enter your online banking details on the secure payment page of Sofort GmbH. First select your country and then choose the bank that will process the transfer. Simply enter your BIC, bank code or the name of your bank.

Payment by invoice (Klarna)

When you purchase by invoice, you receive the goods first and pay afterward. To process this payment method, we work with Klarna, a partner specializing in invoice purchases. With Klarna Invoice, you never have to provide your bank details, and you only pay once you have received the goods. This allows you to shop securely, quickly and conveniently. Simply select payment by invoice during our ordering process.

Klarna credit card

If you would like to pay by credit card, select the “Pay instantly with Klarna” option at checkout and choose “Credit card” as the payment method. You can then enter your credit card details as usual, and the amount will be charged automatically to your credit card.

Payment in installments (Klarna)

With Klarna installment payments, you receive the goods first and finance the purchase through Klarna in fixed or flexible installments over a period of up to 24 months.

To do so, select Klarna installment payments directly at checkout and choose your preferred installment plan as the payment option, if listed. You will then receive a monthly statement and decide how much you wish to pay, subject to the minimum amount stated on the monthly statement. The outstanding amount can be repaid in full at any time.

When using Klarna installment payments for the first time, an account will be created for you through which subsequent installment purchases will also be billed.

Please make sure to always use the same email address for Klarna installment payments, as otherwise multiple installment purchases may be completed.

Klarna direct debit

If you would like to pay by direct debit, select the “Pay instantly” option at checkout and choose “Direct debit” as the payment method. Then log in to your bank. The amount will be automatically debited from your account a few days later. Klarna saves your bank details. For a subsequent payment, the purchase can be completed with one click.

Payment by credit card

Pay conveniently, easily and securely with your credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. During the ordering process, in addition to your credit card provider, we require your card number, expiry date and security code. The purchase amount is transferred to our bank account immediately. This means you receive your goods even faster.

Payment via PayPal

PayPal enables you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops. The purchase amount is transferred to our bank account immediately. This means you receive your goods even faster. To pay with PayPal, you need a free PayPal account. Customers who do not have their own PayPal account can pay by credit or debit card.
